Paper Submission Guidlines

ORAL PRESENTATION
Abstracts regarding scientific research and studies in phytotherapy, aromatherapy, apitherapy, and cosmetics are welcome. Presentations will be delivered orally with a 3-minute time limit.

SUBMISSION CONDITIONS 
1. Method: Abstracts must be sent as a Word document to info@fitoterapi.org .

2. Registration: For accepted submissions to be included in the scientific program, event registration must be completed upon receiving the acceptance email.

3. Deadline: Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 23:59.

4. Presentation File: You must attach your presentation slides in both .pptx and .pdf formats alongside your abstract.

ABSTRACT FORMATTING RULES
1. Character Limit: Abstracts must not exceed 300 characters (including spaces).

2. Typography: Times New Roman font; Title in 14 pt, main text in 12 pt. 14 punto And metin 12 punto olacak şekilde yazılması gerekmektedir.

3. Title: The title should clearly reflect the content. All words in the title must be capitalized, except for standard specific notation (e.g., pH, NaCl).

4. Abbreviations: Except for chemical symbols and international units, spell out all abbreviations in parentheses upon their first use in the text. Sample Word File

EVALUATION PROCESS
Submissions will be peer-reviewed anonymously (with authors' names and institutions blinded) by the Abstract Evaluation Committee. At least one author must complete their registration for the submission to be evaluated.
